John's coaching specialty is in major life transitions and the discovery of life's genuine purpose. He is adept at pulling out the greatest potential in people. "I am passionate about working with people that know they were created for something special.  I want to support them as they make life-changing pivots to pursue their true passion." He has successfully shepherded large and small, public, private, and NGO organizations through major cultural change and transformation. John received formal professional coach certification through the Institute for Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), an ICF-certified coach training program, and most recently, training in Positive Intelligence and Mental Fitness Coaching.  John has traveled extensively throughout his career and has lived in/or explored 49 of 50 of the United States, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico, France, and Italy. John enjoys skiing and hiking but says "My genuine passion is meeting people and learning of their remarkable stories."
